My client is one of the important players specialised in Recruitment, Senior Management Search and Human Capital Solutions. In Luxembourg they help their clients to attract, select, develop, recruit and commit/unite the best employees by offering them innovative solutions adjusted to their needs.
Are you looking for a new challenge? Are you interested in helping clients to recruit and select the best candidates in the financial sector? In order to further develop our leadership position in recruitment & selection on the Luxemburg market they are currently looking for a Consultant with a strong ability to perform the business development role.
Function:
You are responsible for the coordination of our recruitment business. You combine your role of business developer with a role of consultant and coach of the existing team.
As a business developer you pro-actively identify relevant strategic decision makers within prospects and clients in order to continuously expand our network. You are able to convince, thanks to your professionalism and your good listening skills. You maintain a permanent relation with your contacts and develop your own network.
As a consultant you manage your own recruitment procedures of expert and executive profiles mainly within the financial sector. During the entire recruitment process, you guide your client as a partner and advise him/her, based on your know-how of the financial sector. You evaluate final candidates by means of Assessment Centers which allows you to advise your clients on the integration and development of candidates in their new functions.
As a coach you support a team of recruitment consultants in their assignments and help them to develop their competences in account and business development.
Profile:
You are an experienced business developer with a proven track record in selling of services, interested in continuously developing your expertise in Human Resources management.
You have a solid background in financial services or have proven experience as a Human Resources practitioner with affinity with the financial sector. You have the drive and competences of a true business developer within the recruitment market.
You are an entrepreneur and a dynamic communicator. You achieve credibility and results through a solution-driven approach.
You are able of collaborating, networking and negotiating with key decision makers.
You have an excellent knowledge of French and English. Knowledge of German is an asset.
You are considered as an inspiring coach and you are driven by guiding other people’s performance and development.
